# wait-what

`wait-what` is an explicitly invoked repair command for a response that did not land. It asks the agent to re-pitch the previous message with enough missing context, ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English, and the project's ubiquitous language from `CONTEXT.md` (following `CONTEXT-MAP.md` when the repository has multiple contexts).

It does not change the underlying task or start a new investigation. Use it when the content may be correct but assumes too much context, uses the wrong vocabulary, or is harder to parse than necessary. Because it has `disable-model-invocation: true`, the user decides when a re-pitch is needed.
