## Analysis

*Analysis (the wiki's synthesis):* most problems fall into three groups.
1. **Billing and platform problems.** These are fully covered by the help center and have exact fixes.
2. **Permission surprises.** Muse did something the user didn't expect, usually because a broad grant had been given earlier. The fix is configuration, not a bug report. The Marketplace case is the clearest example.
3. **Agent-quality limits.** These include fabricated details, wrong self-explanations and blocked sites. The help center doesn't troubleshoot these. It only says that Muse "may be inaccurate or take unexpected actions." The hands-on reports are the main evidence for this group.

## Recommendations

- Check the permission settings before suspecting a bug: **Settings → Permissions**, then the **Activity log**.
- For billing, always act on the platform you bought through. Deleting the app doesn't cancel anything.
- Verify any fact Muse gives you that matters, and don't rely on its explanation of how it works internally.
- If Muse misbehaves, stop or take over the task first, then use **Report an issue**.
